Order Processing

We do our best to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  Orders are made ondemand and can affect actual processing times before shipment.  

Shipping Times

We ship throughout the United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Be sure to check our announcement bar or website banners for updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact us at info@outdoorpursuitsmedia.com.

Wrong Address or Address Changes

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund until the package returns to us.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Trap, Clay and Wing Store is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Packages delayed due to carrier issues

  • Lost or stolen packages

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, we will update our policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
